I wish to extend a thank you to you and the those on the ground throughout my journey. YYZ -in particular have been very helpful throughout the entire process and that made our trip ever so seamless and enjoyable. There was no way I could have navigated 3 airports without your coordination of mobility assistance. The staff at Barcelona, Zurich and Toronto airports were all amazing and I am forever grateful for the services that they provide.
